Terms & Conditions

1.        Each ticket is valid for one person only. Customer is advised not to share the Ticket and/or QR Code with any other person. The original purchaser assumes all risks associated with this arrangement.

2.        The ticket is valid only for the date specified (refer to the ticket). If the ticket holder does not attend the event on that date, no refund will be issued.

3.        You must download the event mobile application and register to enter the venue. The credentials you use to purchase the tickets must be the same used to register on the mobile applications – there must be a match on the credentials used. [E.g. same email address or phone number must be used]. For more information about the application, follow our social media page for the instructions.

4.        Certain location(s) within the event may not be appropriate for children and an age restriction may apply to certain designated locations within the event. Babies and toddlers are strictly not allowed entry to any location other than those demarcated as being baby/ toddler friendly. All ticketholders are required to have on their person proof of age (ID or Passport) to gain access to locations, where age restrictions are in place. The event Organizer/Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone who is under the applicable age.

5.        Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced or re-issued, even if you have proof of purchase. Your ticket is your sole responsibility.

6.        Once ticket is sold, no exchange, cancellation, and/or refund is allowed.

7.        Strictly NO professional photography, video, and/or audio recording of any kind is allowed. While professional photography, video, and audio recording are prohibited, casual personal photography may be allowed. Attendees may be photographed or recorded for promotional purposes. By attending the event, you consent to the use of your image or likeness in promotional materials.

8.        You will be refused entry & your ticket(s) will be barred without compensation if it is purchased from an unauthorized ticket seller.

9.        Your ticket(s) may not be resold or offered for resale at face value or at a premium over the face value of the ticket (including via online auction sites and reselling websites or used for advertising, promoting or other commercial purposes (including competitions, contests, and trade promotions) OR to enhance the demand for other goods/services under any circumstances.

10.   The event organizer reserves the right to cancel, reschedule and/or relocate the event, including the table allocations, under unforeseen circumstances and in accordance with prevailing government guidelines.

11.   The event organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, lineup, or format without prior notice. Attendees are expected to behave in a respectful manner. Disruptive behavior including but not limited to harassment, intoxication, or vandalism, will not be tolerated. Event management & event staff reserve the right to refuse entry and/or expel from the premises any person with unruly / disruptive conduct and/or in breach of any venue and/or ticketing terms & conditions without refund.

12.   All ticket holders may be subject to body / bag checks at all entry points into the event location and the Event management and staff reserve the right to remove or refuse a ticket holder from bringing any item that may be considered dangerous or cause harm to the attendees, into the event.

13.   All other ticketing terms and conditions as stated on the ticket purchase page(s) apply.

14.   If any issue occur on the day of the event, please reach out to our staff or approach the Officers to get assistance by filing an Incident Report with us to enable us to further investigate or to escalate the matter to the relevant Authorities. If no reports have been lodged with the Security helpdesk at the entrance booth, the matter will be considered not valid or the occurrence cannot be validated.

15.   Attendees must adhere to all health and safety regulations, including any protocols or other health guidelines issued by local authorities.

16.   The event organizer is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

17.   All attendees must adhere to local laws and regulations regarding alcohol consumption and any attendees consuming alcohol must be of legal drinking age.

18.   All food and beverages  consumed must be purchased from authorized vendors within the event.

19.   The event organizers are not responsible for any food allergies or dietary restrictions. It is the attendee’s responsibility to inquire about ingredients and make suitable arrangements if needed.

20.   By attending the event, you agree to waive any claims against the event organizers, sponsors, and venue owners for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur.
